Confusing Mini Photo Tutorial

My sister has just opened a new Zazzle account, to make products with  some of the lovely photos she's taken around the world.  No matter how great the image, it's the design elements that make the product.

Unless you've done some art and photography classes, showing off your photos is sort of a random event.  Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't,  unless you know some tricks of the trade.

I post this confusing little tutorial today from our conversation.  It simply gives some tips on composition.  We could all run around with protractors in our pockets, calculating phi and the golden section-
but the 3/3/3 rule works pretty well too.
Enjoy!
