How To Design: the " Pinecone Confetti Tree"

"How did you do that?"
Since it's Sunday, and I'm avoiding the dishes, I thought I'd write about "how-to" design things.   It's always the first question people ask me: "how'd you do that?"   So, to successfully ignore the housework today, I'll show you.

#1.  I noticed a tree at our complex was growing in an unusual way.
#2.  On a photo editor, I took it down to grey, and added more contrast.
#3.  I saved it in a 16 bit .bmp file on windows
#4.  Editing out all the shading, I split the image to get the 1/2 that I wanted
#5.  After flipping the image and : "Rorschaching" it, I filled it with colors on a 256 .bmp.

The model wearing this shirt is from my zazzle site.  You could get more of my designs;
but now YOU can design your own!
Enjoy!
